The external illumination has adjustable beam angles ranging from 0° to 180°, significantly decreasing the visual interference of floating debris reflection. The unit is made of carbon fiber and aircraft-grade aluminium, which is lightweight and corrosion-resistant.

CHASING USBL Kit

The CHASING USBL Kit is exclusively and custom-designed for the CHASING M2 PRO ROV and is used with the docking station and adapter box (control console optional). The kit is used to implement the accurate underwater positioning of ROVs. The USBL positioning system uses the principle of triangulation-based localization and utilizes a transmitter and receiver to send and receive sonar signals to calculate the coordinates of the ROV.

CHASING PING 360 SONAR KIT is a mechanical scanning sonar for navigation and imaging in low-visibility water conditions, and also be used for applications such as inspection, obstacle avoidance, target location and tracking. It can realize a 360- degree scanning, has a 50 meter (165 foot) range, 300 meter (984 foot) depth rating, and an open-source software interface that makes it a capable tool for ROV underwater acoustic imaging.
